The FSRT course aims to equip you with the key safety and rescue skills to deal with common emergencies, and forms the backbone for all safety and rescue training throughout the BCU scheme. This course will provide you with the knowledge to ensure the safety of yourselves and others, and to equip you with the basic rescue skills to help yourself and others that may be in difficulty. This course is a pre-requisite for the UKCC Level 1 Coaching Award.
