• Sea kayaking is available on the east coast
• Grade 3 rivers in the region include the Wharfe and the Washburn
• Polo tournaments take place in Open, Ladies and Under 16's leagues
• Slalom competitions cater for novices to Premier division
• Marathon races take place on flat water courses across the region
